SF9’s Zuho is set to begin his mandatory military service on May 11. According to his agency, the singer and actor will enter the Nonsan Army Training Center for basic military training before continuing his service as an active-duty soldier.
For fans, the announcement marks another temporary pause in Zuho’s public activities. Military enlistment remains a major transition point for male idols in Korea, often reshaping group schedules, solo promotions and fan communication for an extended period. In Zuho’s case, the update also draws attention because he has built a dual career as both an SF9 member and an actor.

The agency’s announcement gives fans a clear timeline while allowing Zuho to prepare for service privately. As with many idol enlistments, the focus now shifts to support messages from fans and anticipation for his return after completing his duty.
