Rising boy group CORTIS recently shared behind-the-scenes insights into their comeback while appearing on Kim Shin-young’s Noon Song of Hope.

Introducing their second mini album GREENGREEN, the members explained that the project reflects contrasting themes from their daily lives. They described “RED” as something they avoid or remain cautious of, while “GREEN” represents growth and the direction they aim to pursue.

The group highlighted their title track “REDRED,” revealing that its melody underwent extensive revisions—reportedly hundreds of times—before reaching its final form. They emphasized their strong belief in the track, which led them to release it ahead of the full album.

CORTIS also expressed surprise and gratitude upon learning that the album achieved over one million sales on its first day, marking a significant leap compared to their previous release. The milestone further underscores their rapid rise in the K-pop scene.

During the radio appearance, the group delivered a live performance of “REDRED,” showcasing stable vocals and a relaxed stage presence that drew praise from listeners.

Beyond music promotions, CORTIS has been expanding its presence across various platforms, including radio programs, music shows, and web entertainment content. Their upcoming schedule includes appearances on major broadcasts and digital series, signaling an active promotion cycle following the album’s successful launch.
